Purpose and Characteristics
DNL serial belt condensed press filter is a new-type efficient mud dehydration device which incorporates condensation and press into a whole and is co-developed by our company and domestic famous research institute on the basis to absorb advanced technology of its foreign like. It mainly consists of two major parts, i.e. condensing section and pressing section. Mud with high moisture can be dehydrated most of its free water by the condensing section under the role of flocculent and its gravity without static pre-condensing and related mixing and mud-scraping. When entering into the pressing section, initially condensed mud is further dehydrated by gravity, pre-pressing and S-shaped pressing to reach ideal dehydrated effect. The machine can be widely used for mud dehydration in fields of paper-making, leather, printing and dyeing, foodstuff and urban wastewater treatment. Its main characteristics are as follows:
