The product is mainly used in following fields:

• Technological separation of lees, fruit juice, soybean protein, starch etc.;
• Mud condensation and recovery of dehydrated water of various kinds of living water and industrial wastewater;
• Solid/liquid separation in chemical, chemical fiber, printing & dyeing, paper-making, pharmacy, petroleum, metallurgy and mining industries;
• For classification of materials such as kaolinite, graphite and zircon powder etc.

It has main characteristics as follows:

• The drum, screw and cover which contact materials are all made of stainless steel therefore they have enough acid/alkali resistance and other materials are also available on customer’s request;
• The screw propeller adopts special anti-wearing means. According to customer’s request, screw blades also adopts advanced wearing-resistance technology in the world such as bead welding of carbide, embedded carbide sheet of embedded special ceramics etc.;
• It has high automation degree. Materials feeding, separating and discharging are all carried out automatically and successively at full speed. It can make direct communication with microcomputer to make automatic control over processes;
• Good operation environment. Separation of materials is made by the centrifuge under complete closed condition therefore no pollution occurs at the site and clean and sanitary production environment can be maintained;
• Stable, safe and reliable operation. As precision dynamic balance of parts and speed dynamic balance of the whole machine are made, the vibration strength of horizontal screw centrifuge is under 5 mm/s when it leaves the factory, much lower than 7.1mm/s, which is stipulated in JB/T 502-2004 . After installation the product can operate round the clock ad the double frequency inverters are used for operation of equipments and differential speed automatic control, and the protection system is also built in the machine.
